General rules for participation in contests organized by Pakker Trousers

1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the contests is Pakker Trousers Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łomianki Dolne (05-092), ul. Brzegowa 11b, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000867713, NIP: 5223192217, REGON: 387504686.
  2. Contests are organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland, through social media portals (Facebook, Instagram) or the pakker.com website.
  3. Contests are not games of chance within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling games.
  4. Detailed rules of each contest, including duration, contest task and prizes, are specified in a separate contest announcement.

2. Participation Conditions

  1. A participant in the contest may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity.
  2. Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate families may not participate in the contest.
  3. Participation in the contest is voluntary and free of charge.

3. Contest Rules

  1. To participate in the contest, you must complete the contest task specified in the contest announcement.
  2. One participant may submit only one contest entry, unless the specific rules state otherwise.
  3. Entries that do not meet the requirements of the rules or contain offensive, vulgar content or infringe the rights of third parties will be disqualified.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules from the contest.

4. Prizes

  1. Prizes in the contest are specified in the contest announcement.
  2. Winners will be selected by a jury appointed by the Organizer based on criteria specified in the contest announcement.
  3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
  4. The winner will be notified of the win via private message or email within 7 days of the end of the contest.

5. Copyright

  1. The contest participant declares that they have exclusive and unlimited copyright to the submitted contest work.
  2. The participant grants the Organizer a free license to use the contest work for marketing and promotional purposes.
  3. The Organizer has the right to publish contest works on its websites and social media.

6. Personal Data

  1. The administrator of participants' personal data is the Organizer.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of conducting the contest, selecting winners and awarding prizes.
  3. The participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it and the right to object to processing.

7. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the contest can be submitted to the email address: hey@pakker.com within 14 days of the end of the contest.
  2. The complaint should contain the participant's name and surname, description of the complaint and the request.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

8. Final Provisions

  1. The rules come into force on the day of their publication.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules for important reasons.
  3. In matters not regulated by these rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
