1. Access Data and Hosting

Our websites can be visited without providing personal data. Each time a website is accessed, the server automatically saves only so-called server logs, e.g. the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting internet service provider. This data is analyzed solely to ensure proper functioning of our website and to improve our offer.

Hosting

All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to our website. Hosting and website display services are partially provided on our behalf by our service providers as part of data processing entrustment.

2. Data Collection and Processing for Contract Execution and Contact Purposes

2.1 Data Processing for Contract Execution

We process personal data voluntarily provided by you during the ordering process for the purpose of contract execution (including inquiries regarding warranty claims). The legal basis in this regard is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Mandatory fields are marked as such because they concern data necessary for order processing.

2.2 Customer Account

If you give your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR to create a customer account, we will process your personal data necessary for this purpose. Your customer account can be deleted at any time by contacting us or using the appropriate function in your account settings.

2.3 Data Processing for Contact Purposes

As part of customer communication, we process personal data to handle your inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You provide this data to us voluntarily when contacting us.

3. Data Processing for Delivery

For the purpose of contract execution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), we transfer your data to the shipping company selected by you during the ordering process, which has been commissioned to deliver the ordered products.

4. Data Processing for Payment

For the purpose of payment processing in our online store, we cooperate with external service providers handling electronic online payments and transfer your data to the payment company selected by you during the ordering process. This serves contract execution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Personal Data Processing for eReceipts

For the purpose of providing the eReceipt service, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we may transfer customer contact data such as phone number and email address to the entity providing IT support for eReceipts.

6. Marketing Channels: Email

If you subscribe to our newsletter, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we will use the data you provided to regularly send our newsletter electronically. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

To make your visit to our website more attractive and to enable you to use its key functions, we use technological tools, including so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are automatically saved on your device. Some cookies we use are deleted after the browser session ends (so-called session cookies). Other cookies are stored on your device and allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies).

8. Use of Cookies and Similar Technological Tools

If you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use the cookies and other similar technological tools of external service providers indicated below on our website.

8.1 Use of Google Services

We use technological tools from Google Ireland Ltd. For website usage analysis, we use Google Analytics – a web analytics tool. For spam protection, we use Google reCAPTCHA. For consistent content presentation, we use Google Fonts.

8.2 Use of Facebook Services

We use the Facebook Pixel tool provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd. Facebook Pixel automatically collects and stores data about the use of our website. Based on this data, pseudonymized user profiles are created for marketing purposes.

9. Trusted Shops Integration

To display Trusted Shops services (e.g. quality seal, collected reviews) and to offer Trusted Shops products for buyers after placing an order, Trusted Shops widgets are integrated with our website.

10. Social Media

We maintain profiles on social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. If you have given your consent to the respective social media platform, when visiting our account/profile, your data will be automatically collected and stored for web analytics and marketing purposes.

11. Our Contact Details and Your Rights

Persons whose data is processed have the following rights:

  • Right to obtain information about data processing (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure of personal data – "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of personal data processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

Right to Object

If we process personal data to protect our legitimate interests, you may object to the processing of your data for this purpose – with effect for the future. If processing takes place for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise your right to object at any time.
