Returns

You have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason. The deadline is counted from the day you received the shipment. The returned product should be unused, with tags intact.

How to make a return?

  1. Send us an email to hey@pakker.com with information about your intention to return the goods, providing the order number.
  2. Pack the product in a way that protects it from damage during transport.
  3. Send the package to our address: Pakker Trousers Sp. z o.o., ul. Brzegowa 11b, 05-092 Łomianki Dolne, Poland.
  4. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund your money within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.
Important!

The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. we sent the wrong product).

Exchange

Want to exchange size or color? No problem! We offer free exchange within Poland.

How to make an exchange?

  1. Contact us by email (hey@pakker.com) or phone (+48 792 805 878), providing the order number and information about what size/color you want to exchange the product for.
  2. We will check availability and confirm the possibility of exchange.
  3. Send the product to our address – we cover the shipping cost (we will send you a return label).
  4. After receiving the product, we will send you a new one within 2-3 business days.
Free exchange!

The first size exchange is completely free. We cover shipping costs both ways.

Complaints

If the received product has defects or is not in conformity with the contract, you can file a complaint. We are liable for product defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

How to file a complaint?

  1. Send an email to hey@pakker.com with a description of the defect and photos of the product. Provide the order number.
  2. We will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, you can choose: product repair, replacement with a new one, or refund.
  4. If you need to send the product back, we will cover the shipping costs.

Complaints are processed immediately, no later than within 14 days of receipt.

Repairs

Your Pakkers have been serving you for a while and need minor repairs? We're happy to help!

We offer a repair service for our products. Contact us, describe the problem, and we will quote the repair and arrange the details. Repairs are carried out in our workshop in Łomianki.
